I-HEAL

In 2020, the Glenn Family Foundation launched a trauma informed intergenerational health literacy initiative. Entitled the Integrated Health Empowerment Awareness and Literacy (I-HEAL) program, we host monthly workshops with teachers, parents and students. Monthly workshops inform participants about healthy lifestyle habits, SMART goal-setting, and the implementation of positive lifestyle changes. Experts present on various topics to include: Financial Literacy, Healthy Eating, Conflict/Resolution, Physical Fitness, Bullying, Social Media Etiquette, and Chronic Disease Management to name a few.

You can help support the I-HEAL Parent Network by contributing to the Glenn Family Foundation. With your help we can partner with more families in the Mississippi Delta to educate and empower communities, parents and students.
